We are all about personalized, high-touch care. Your pet stays comfortably in their own home while receiving one-on-one attention, customized routines, and premium care—no overcrowded facilities, no stress, no shortcuts.

What types of pets do you care for?
We care for dogs, cats, and select small animals. If your pet has special needs, medications, or a unique routine, we’re happy to tailor care specifically for them.

Do you stay overnight?
Yes. Overnight and live-in sitting options are available to ensure your pet has companionship, consistency, and security while you’re away.

How many pets do you care for at one time?
We limit bookings to ensure undivided attention and exceptional care. Your pet will never be just “one of many.”

Are you insured and CPR certified?
Yes. We are fully insured and pet CPR certified, giving you complete peace of mind while your home and pets are in our care.
Can you administer medication?
Absolutely. We’re experienced in administering oral medications, intramuscular injections, topical treatments, and other routine care needs as directed by your veterinarian.

Will my pet stick to their regular routine?
Yes—this is a core part of our service. Feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and bedtime routines are followed as closely as possible to keep your pet happy and relaxed.

Will I receive updates while I’m away?
Of course. You’ll receive regular updates with photos and notes 2-3 times daily, so you can travel knowing your pet is safe, loved, and well cared for.

Do you offer meet-and-greets?
Yes. A complimentary meet-and-greet is required before booking so we can get to know you, your pet, and your home—and make sure we’re the perfect fit.

We currently service the North Scottsdale, North Phoenix, and Paradise Valley areas. Please contact us to confirm coverage in your area.

How do I book your services?
Simply reach out through our contact form or email to request availability. After our meet and greet, A 50% deposit is required to reserve your dates. This ensures availability and allows us to limit bookings so every pet receives exceptional, dedicated care.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the service start date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the service date forfeit the deposit, as dates are reserved exclusively for your pet.
